1st floor: Seating/entertaining area with sectional pull out sleeper sofa (queen), wet bar with flat screen tv mini fridge & microwave. Laundry room, full bath in hall and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (ocean front) has a queen bed, large flat screen TV and deck leading to the beach. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds & flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share the hall bath.
2nd floor: Entire floor has panoramic views of ocean! Gourmet kitchen has double sinks granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware. Dining area has built-in wine refrigerator and seats 6 (10 with bar stools). Living room has a 6’ wet granite bar, 65″ flat screen TV, fireplace, leather section, high top table, and spacious deck directly overlooking the ocean.
3rd floor: Bedroom 3 (kids room) has 2 twins beds, ocean views, arcade and private bath. The master bedroom (bedroom 4) has lots of windows all with fabulous ocean views, king bed, sitting area, 55″ flat screen TV, fireplace, private beach front deck and bath with double sinks.
Outside: Private hot & cold enclosed double shower, private parking for 4 cars + street parking & shed with complimentary beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, etc.
Other: Central AC; central vac, 6 flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans in all rooms, Alexa virtual assistant, arcade, Brigantine Beach themed art hung by local artists.
