This agreement gives Ashore Realty Inc permission to rent your property. This is not an exclusive agreement. You, the landlord are free to rent your property yourself. Ashore Realty only gets paid a commission if they rent your property.
Rental Commission: 15% of the total rental amount.
Ashore Realty does not do property management under terms of this agreement. It is the responsibility of the owner (s) to inspect the property prior to the rental season and in between each weekly tenant to insure the unit is in good condition and all appliances, air conditioners and utilities are in working order.
It is necessary that you obtain a cleaning service before each tenant checks in to insure your property is in good clean condition.
Ashore Realty shall not be held liable to the landlord or tenant for the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of any of the terms or conditions of our leases or for any action or proceedings taken by the landlord against the tenant or the tenant against the landlord.
Your property must be registered and inspected with the city of Brigantine. We are not permitted to rent any property that is not registered and inspected. Call Brigantine Fire Prevention for explanation. (609) 266-3102
If any landlord shall double-book, they will be held liable for Ashore Realty's commission and may be subject to a penalty.
Ashore Realty Inc offers their tenants the option of obtaining Travel Rental Insurance in lieu of collecting a refundable security deposit. This protects our landlords up to $3000 in accidental damages. Tenants that choose the insurance will still have to pay a $200 refundable cleaning/damage deposit. Our rentals go Saturday to Saturday with check in being at 3PM and check out at 10AM.

do herby constitute and appoint Ashore Realty Inc of Brigantine, NJ my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name by signing this listing. Owner agrees that Ashore Realty Inc will retain a 15% rental commission on rentals received and to make, execute and deliver any lease or other instrument necessary for the rental of my property listed at
Brigantine, NJ 08203. To collect any and all rents in my behalf for said property and to make emergency repairs in the event I cannot be reached. In addition, I promise to keep my availability calendar up to date at all times to the best of my ability.
