2nd floor: Entire floor has panoramic views of ocean! Gourmet kitchen has double sinks granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware. Dining area has built-in wine refrigerator and seats 6 (10 with bar stools). Living room has a “martini lounge” area with 6’ wet granite bar, 65" flat screen TV, fireplace, leather section, high top table, and spacious deck directly overlooking the ocean.
3rd floor: Bedroom 3 has 2 twins beds and sitting area with TV Xbox and ocean views from the window. The hall bath has an over-sized whirl pool tub, double sinks & bidet.
