Property comes complete with central air, full appliance package, outside shower, two off street parking spots, 8 beach tags, and charcoal grill. A small dog may be considered with owner's written permission.
Weekly Rate is $2300.00 when 2 or more weeks are rented!
Availability Calendar
Deposit required :
20% due if more than 6 months from arrival date
50% due if less than 3 months from arrival date
100% due if less than 30 days from arrival date
Cancellation policy: If reservation is cancelled 90 days or longer from check-in date you will receive a 100% refund. If cancelled within 90 days of check-in date you will receive a refund only if the property is re-rented at the advertised rate.
