1st floor: Seating/entertaining area with sectional pull out sleeper sofa (queen), wet bar with flat screen tv mini fridge & microwave. Laundry room, full bath in hall and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (ocean front) has a queen bed, large flat screen TV and deck leading to the beach. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds & flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share the hall bath.

2nd floor: Entire floor has panoramic views of ocean! Gourmet kitchen has double sinks granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware. Dining area has built-in wine refrigerator and seats 6 (10 with bar stools). Living room has a “martini lounge” area with 6’ wet granite bar, 65″ flat screen TV, fireplace, leather section, high top table, and spacious deck directly overlooking the ocean.

3rd floor: Bedroom 3 has 2 twins beds and sitting area with TV Xbox and ocean views from the window. The hall bath has an over-sized whirl pool tub, double sinks & bidet. The master bedroom has lots of windows all with fabulous ocean views, king bed, sitting area, 55″ flat screen TV, fireplace, private beach front deck and bath with double sinks & marble floor.

Outside: Private hot & cold enclosed shower, private parking for 4 cars + street parking & shed with complimentary beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.

Other: Central AC; central vac, 6 flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans in all rooms, Alexa virtual assistant, Brigantine Beach themed art hung by local artists.
